Payment is expected within 3 days of initial order. If payment is not received within that time frame your order will be terminated and you will have to re-order if you still want the item. However, items left in the cart, but not paid for are still available for other customers and subject to being sold out. It is recommended that you complete checkout through PayPal at time of adding item to your cart.

We accept payments through PayPal only.

We ship daily via USPS. Your item will ship within 1 - 2 business days of cleared payment. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information by email once your shipping label has been printed.

All refund requests must be received within 5 days of package being marked delivered by the USPS. Any refund requests received after that 5 days will automatically be denied.

Please contact us at epttababy@gmail.com before returning any items. We will not refund any item without prior agreement from Eptta Baby.

If a refund is needed due to damage from shipping neglect or item arrives not as described you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, after the items have been returned to us.

If you are requesting a refund for another reason, we will refund the original purchase price, excluding shipping, after we have received the returned item. The item is required to be in new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your package is marked “delivered” by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. We will not track lost packages or file claims with the USPS if your package has not arrived. You are responsible for contacting the USPS for claims.
